The goal is set: We want to build the most sustainable data centers in Frankfurt and the surrounding area. Our data centers combine the Uptime TIER III+ standard with the lowest PUE values as well as the extraction of environmentally friendly waste heat. This is how Mainova WebHouse lives up to its responsibility for society and the environment.
Mainova WebHouse is currently building its first data center campus in Frankfurt Seckbach. The data center campus, with an IT capacity of 30 megawatts, will will gradually go live in 2025. The campus has already been leased long-term to an international cloud provider.

Our Mission
Mainova WebHouse will develop modern, pioneering and sustainable data centers in the Rhine-Main region that serve as role models.
These data centers meet the current and future requirements of business and society for digital infrastructures.
This concerns resilience, networking and security as well as sustainability and the responsible use of resources.
Mainova WebHouse attaches great importance to sustainability and energy efficiency. We fulfill a pioneering role for the construction of green data centers. In particular, we focus on a high share of decoupled waste heat to supply our neighborhood in an environmentally friendly way when planning our data centers.
As a company with a strong regional focus, we take responsibility for society. Would you like an example?
In the near future, our first data center campus in Frankfurt Seckbach will supply the Frankfurt cultural institution "Batschkapp" with environmentally friendly waste heat from our data center.
