Pioneering in sustainable Data Centers

Highly efficient and resource-saving

Data Centers in Frankfurt and the Rhine-Main Region

The goal is set: We want to build the most sustainable data centers in Frankfurt and the surrounding area. Our data centers combine the Uptime TIER III+ standard with the lowest PUE values as well as the extraction of environmentally friendly waste heat. This is how Mainova WebHouse lives up to its responsibility for society and the environment.

First DC-Campus

Mainova WebHouse is currently building its first data center campus in Frankfurt Seckbach. The data center campus, with an IT capacity of 30 megawatts, will be gradually put into operation at the end of the first quarter of 2024. The campus has already been leased long-term to an international cloud operator.

Our Mission

This is our Task

"Mainova WebHouse Plans, Builds and Operates Sustainable and Efficient Data Centers"

As a wholly owned subsidiary of Mainova AG, Mainova WebHouse will develop and operate modern, pioneering and sustainable data centers in the Rhine-Main region that serve as role models.

These data centers meet the current and future requirements of business and society for digital infrastructures.

This concerns resilience, networking and security as well as sustainability and the responsible use of resources.

Pioneering Sustainable Data Centers

Mainova WebHouse attaches great importance to sustainability and energy efficiency. We fulfill a pioneering role for the construction of green data centers. In particular, we focus on a high share of decoupled waste heat to supply our neighborhood in an environmentally friendly way when planning our data centers. In doing so, we benefit from the knowledge and expertise on grid-based heat supply of our parent company, Mainova AG.

As a company with a strong regional focus, we take responsibility for society. Would you like an example?

In the near future, our first data center campus in Frankfurt Seckbach will supply the Frankfurt cultural institution "Batschkapp" with environmentally friendly waste heat from our data center.

Batschkapp

We sponsor the Batschkapp and thus support cultural life in Frankfurt. In addition, we supply the waste heat from our neighboring data center to the cultural and event venue to heat it.
